The Vice Chancellor of Stellenbosch University, Professor Wim de Villiers, has indicated that his University has had excellent bilateral relations for many years with several European universities, including those in the Guild of European Research-intensive Universities (The Guild).

The Vice Chancellor of University of Cape Town, Professor Mamokgethi Phakeng, has disclosed that the ARUA Strategic Plan launched last May was consistent with the plans her University has made for the next phase of its development.
The University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) is considering measures to strengthen its approach to international graduate training. The move will be designed to enhance the international student experience, among other considerations.
